You can use any yarn you desire and suitable crochet hook for your yarn.
Foundation chain :

Row1 :
Start from the 5th ch make 1 dc in every stitch.
Row2:
Ch 1, 1 sc in the same stitch, *ch 2, skip 2, 1 dc-ch2-1 dc in the same stitch, ch 2, skip 2, 1 sc. Reapeat from *.
Row3:
Ch 4, turn your work, make* 3 puff stitch in the V stitch separate with ch 2,ch 1,Reapeat from *. 1 treble crochet in to the last stitch.
Row4:
Ch 4, 1 dc, ch 1, in every stitch from previous ch 2.
Row5:
Ch 3, 1 dc in previous ch 1, 1 dc in dc.
Reapeat row 1,2,3,4,5 until the length desire
