Today I will present you a skirt that can be made in any size you want from babies, children or even women size.
If you want to do it in any size all you have to do is measure your waist make so many rows until the measurements of your waist have.

Cotton yarn
2.mm crochet hook

Hdc blo-half double crochet back loop only
St-stitch
Hdc-half double crochet
Dc-double crochet
Tr-treble crochet

We gonna start with the upper part, we gonna make a elastic band for the waist.
Pattern :
Start with a slipknot then chain 13,from the 4th ch make 1 hdc, 1 hdc in every ch.
Ch 2,turn your work, 1 hdc in blo in every st
This will be the elastic band for your waist.
For my skirt I did 46 cm.
Put both parts together and close them with slst.
Ch 2(count as first hdc) make 7 hdc, 2 hdc in next st, * 8 hdc, 2 hdc in next, Rep from * until the end of row.
Skirt :
Row 1:
Ch 3(count as first dc) 2 dc in next two st,
*ch 3,sk 1,1 tr, sk 1,1 tr, sk 1,1 tr, sk 1,1 tr, ch 3, sk 1, 3 dc in next three st. Rep from*. Slst in first ch 3.
Row 2:
Ch 3(count as first dc) 2 dc in next two st,
*ch 3,4 sc in previous four tr, ch 3,3 dc in previous three dc. Rep from*. Slst in first ch 3.
Row 3 :
Repeat row 2
Row 4:
Ch 3,(count as first dc) 2 dc in next two st, *ch 1,1 tr, ch 1, 1 tr, ch 1,1 tr, ch 1,1 tr in previous four sc, ch 1,3 dc in previous three dc, Rep from*. Slst in first ch 3.
Row 5:
Ch 3,(count as first dc) 1 dc in every st and also in previous ch 1 until the end of the row.
